Air Conditioning Fault Diagnostics – Split, Ducted and packaged Systems (Commercial & Residential)
For systems that aren’t cooling or heating, leaking water, displaying error codes, or not turning on. A flat fee applies per unit, with no separate call-out charges.
An experienced technician will attend to diagnose the issue, provide a clear written report, and explain repair options on site.
A $99 fee may apply if we’re unable to access the property, or if the booking is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours.
Please allow a +90 minute arrival window, as our technicians may be completing prior appointments.
Exclusions
The diagnostic fee does not include:
- Any repairs, parts, or replacement components
- Refrigerant, leak detection, or gas charging
- Electrical upgrades or switchboard works
- Access equipment (e.g. scaffolding, cranes, lifts) if required
- Non-standard or unsafe access conditions
- Rectification works resulting from findings on site
Any additional work required will be quoted separately and discussed with you prior to proceeding. Minor repairs may be included*
